The Christie Clinic Department of Family Medicine provides comprehensive, integrated care for patients of all ages, from infants to older adults. Family Medicine providers deliver a range of acute, chronic, and preventive medical care services while providing patients a patient-centered medical home. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, we also provide preventive care including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations and screening tests.
Providing ongoing, personal care for our patients, we work closely with specialists across multiple medical disciplines when needed, and when a patient's condition requires a specialist, our family medicine providers work with patients to find the right specialist for their unique needs and situation. We care for – and treat – the entire patient.
